"This was a phenomenal stay for a large group of girls. The staff was unbelievable in making us feel welcome. When we had an issue with the pool they sent someone over immediately to help trouble shoot. The concierge had excellent recommendations that made our stay even better than we could've imagined. I would highly recommend this stay!"

The location was incredibly convenient, just steps across from the beach access, which made our days at the beach effortless.Although bikes were available for use, we spent most of our time enjoying the wonderful private pool each afternoon after returning from the beach. It quickly became one of our favorite parts of the stay.Mermaids Retreat was the perfect place for my wife and me to celebrate my retirement, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay again."

"The property was wonderful and the host did a great job with communications. This is a calm, quiet, gorgeous stretch of 30A. The beach only has a few families on it. You can look up or down the beach and see large crowds nearby, and marvel at how much privacy you have. The bikes are great, but make sure to have an air pump. When I filled the tires up, both bikes were well below 20 psi. We used the well-equipped kitchen almost every night. I’m happy that I brought a good pan as the pots and pans aren’t the best. Great knives and plenty of everything else. Just a heads up, the unit has no games if that’s something your family is into. I would return to Blue Tide over and over. "
