"I enjoyed my stay! I did think it was a little ridiculous that the staff did not want any kids in the hot tub. The place is advertised as family friendly so kids should be able to sit in the hot tub and warm up. Overall my experience was still good and my room was clean and the price was affordable. "

"Staff are rude , frown and rolls their eyes if you walk by while they are mapping the floor and if you tell them that your puppies had an accident in the hallway. Staff are lacking quality customer service , they don't smile , they won't greet you hello ! Good morning . As if they are not too happy with what they are doing. Guest are like invisibles to their eyes . The hotel itself was very nice and clean , but it's about the staff customer service that plays a huge role in a customers loyalty to your hotel. If their experience is positive they are more like to return and advertise, invite friends . "

"Really nice hotel considering the price. Very friendly staff. Room was decent. Offered housekeeping everyday and provide requested items promptly. Plenty of parking spaces. Very drivable distance to the beach and some good restaurants on our list. Wish I was able to better enjoy the public spaces on the first floor! A few things tho: elevator seems very old and shakes and makes weird noises. Both hallway and room smells like metal or vinegar (sour). But not too bad and get used to it in 5 sec. Phone in our room wasnt working; was promised that someone will come fix it but never. It didnt bother us much tho. Also wish we r provided beach chairs and umbrellas. But we didnt really check if they have it or not"

"Plenty of chairs around both pools to sit and lounge, 2 large pools both with a good view. Rates cant be beat for the locations. It is a older hotel so its not perfect but it comfortable and welcoming. Close to restaurants and walking distance to shops."

"Ocean view from window but balcony access was toward parking lot. Most staff has English as second language so it can be difficult to communicate. Building in severe need of updating bathrooms on tides building are tiny. "
