Very happy with the stay. Location was perfect, beautiful view, bed was comfortable, kitchen was small but had everything we needed. The only negative was there was no place to hang your clothes half the closet was off limits with big tote from mgmt, the other half half had boogie boards and beach chairs along with alot of sand on floor.

Unit and property was very well maintained and clean! Was better than we expected. The heated pool was much appreciated and was legitimately heated and not just advertised heated and cold. It was the first place we have ever been that our kids didn’t complain about the pool being cold. The only downside was if we would have had the full 6 people some of the staples like bowls and such we would not have had enough. We will definitely be looking at going back.

The condo was great! It was very roomy and had everything we needed. Close to the elevator and very short walk to the beach. Also close to grocery stores.

Excellent location, can’t beat this view! Just a short elevator ride to the beach. Resort is very nice and well maintained. Only issue we had was cleaning people weren’t done on time and had to hurry them along. Excellent communication!

We really enjoyed our stay at Celadon unit 1404. The condo was very well maintained and clean. The owner was great to work with and we’ll definitely recommend them to everyone. We were looking for a relaxing, quick getaway to recharge and this was the best spot to do that.

This property was well stocked and decorated nicely. Is right beside elevator so could hear elevator running until late so would take ear plugs. Needs new bedding and pillows but overall enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed xtra beach chairs and furniture on balcony. Would stay again. Very easy to work with!

Condo was great! Would definitely stay here again . The only reason I gave a 3 on communication with property manager was because the only communication I had was when I made reservations. No problems with condo.

Wonderful stay! Beautiful views of the gulf and cold pool that felt great during hot July temps. Only complaint is smelling marijuana multiple times a day on our balcony. It’s not easy to enjoy the balcony with kids when the smell is overbearing.

Perfect location and condo, we love staying on the West End of PCB! The only suggestions I would give is to purchase a new shower curtain for the master bathroom (there is mold on the inside of the current one) and get a smartTV or hookup the smart bluray player to wifi so renters have the option to sign into their netflix accounts.

I would not stay again. Rooms were worn. It was a non smoking facility but people smoking on balcony around us and pot smell. There is no receptionist for any type of help or complaints.

We totally fell in love with this unit!!! We've stayed at other condos in PCB but haven't found that one we would call our vacation destination year after year until now. The Unit was spotless and a very beachy feel to it. I loved those chairs on the balcony which took me by surprise they were much more updated than those pictured. I also loved that the beach chairs where included with this unit and we didn't pay 35 a day for chairs. We hated leaving but we will definitely return. Thank you for giving us the best vacation ever!!

The Condo was great, we have zero complaints regarding this unit. Everything was clean. The kitchen was well stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and baking pans. The bunk beds could use a memory foam pad for a bit more comfort for teenagers, but my daughter still slept fine without one. The view from the balcony is Spectacular. The beach was not overly crowded as this is the last condominium on this end of the strip. Having the 2 Beach chairs with an Umbrella included was the icing on the cake. As a bonus there were also beach chairs and a boogie board in the unit. I read many reviews about the elevators being slow or loud, but we did not have any problems at all. We Loved everything about this Unit, building and location. We will be back for sure!!

Building had outside construction repair to walkway overpass which was closed all of February and some of January, as well as other repair activities. Noise from other nearby unit repairs was loud and irritating for a few consecutive days. Unit is furnished with inexpensive furniture and kitchen supplies, and as such is overpriced for what we paid. I thought we put down a refundable cleaning deposit but I cannot now find it listed. And obviously we haven’t seen any refund. Two side chairs had wooden frame under seat that made them uncomfortable and unusable. Bedroom chest drawer falls out instead of sliding out, closet is half full with stuff and only one of two doors open as night stand blocks other. Final flooring is in need of replacement in kitchen. Vacuum is someone’s reject. But the view is great although weather didn’t cooperate much of the time.
