My family and I arrived 11/04/25 to this Beach/Penthouse condo. It was a perfect vacation destination and a lovely and a beautiful home as well. It was well equipped with everything one would need. Clean and more than comfortable. Easy access to the beach and just a few step to the beach which was incredible. The pool and hot tub were incredible too. We hope to come back again. Most importantly Monica was so helpful every time I had a question. She was prompt with an answer for us. A five star rating for sure…..Thank youKim T Graham

Great place for a getaway. Location was nice. More of a laid back area. But still close to all the places you want to go. Private beach was nice. Paying for the chairs was worth it. Rooftop pool/hot tub was relaxing. The two outdoor showers were nice to get all the sand off. The cafe right there was convenient for a drink while you watch the sunset. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect family beach vacation

Plenty of room for my husband and 4 grown children to stay. We lived on the deck, soaking up the beautiful beach view. Steps away from pool. Clean, very clean! We loved it!

A break at the beach

The only thing better than the location—a rooftop condo, steps away from the pool and just across the street fro the beach entrance—was our temporary home away from home. The unit is very well appointed and comfortable my wife and I needed a quick break and we got exactly what we needed. Booking was a breeze and our host, Monica was quick to respond.

The condo was well kept, spacious and had a view of the ocean. The location is great~short walk to the beach. A huge bonus was that the chairs and umbrella were provided. Monica was very helpful and responsive. We will book here again!

We really Waterhouse. We stayed in a different unit in this building last year and loved both of them. The beach access is very convenient. Our property manager was very helpful in dealing with the situation of Hurrican Helene that occurred during our week stay there. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time at this condo. Easy access to beach, 30a bike trail (we rented bikes and didn’t get in the car at all!), and relaxing pool just a few steps from the front door. Note that you’ll need to bring beach towels (something we all overlooked).

You'll Love It!

Another wonderful stay at this great property. Oceanview, amenities galore, designated beach space, and close proximity to shops-restaurants-Publix. The condo is furnished well and met all our needs. Kitchen was sufficiently stocked with basics so we cooked and ate in all week. Just note that there's no crock pot so plan accordingly. Lastly, checking in and out was very simple and straightforward, probably the easiest we've ever experienced in all our years of vacationing here. Monica is a very attentive host and was quick to respond when we needed her assistance. It was the perfect family beach vacation and we hope to return next summer!

Great stay at Seacrest beach

Amazing stay at Seacrest. The penthouse is very comfortable and well equipped. Amazing to have a heated pool just steps away and the ocean across the street with private access. Location is perfect to enjoy Ally's beach and Rosemary beach. Definitively a great option at a great location. Commutation was excellent. We had a small issue with the entrance door and within a few minutes Monica was on it. I even got a call from the owner within 30 minutes. Definitively a management company and an owner are behind to ensure you have a 5 star stay. Hope we can go back next year.

Family Friendly Gulf Getaway

Reasons why I’d stay again: - Monica was available and quick to answer my questions. -Prior to our arrival I was given all entry codes to the condo, beach access, pool and storage closet. -The 4th floor balcony offered a great view. - The pool was just down the hallway on the 4th floor as well. -Private beach access with complimentary beach umbrella and chairs waiting for us each day. -Separate storage closet, for all beach gear as well as beach chairs, buckets, and smaller umbrellas to use if needed. -5min quick walk to the beach -10 mins to the closest Publix -The rooms were clean Based on my experience I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent property, excellent stay; great for families

Stayed here for a week over the summer, our first trip to 30A. The property was incredible, pics were exactly what you get. It was very very clean, the beds and linens were SUPER comfortable. You could easily fit 2 families with kids here. Beach access was super easy, the chairs were such a nice add-on. Only feedback is that the grills out by the pool need to be cleaned but thats probably on the HOA not the specific condo owners. But that fact that there even is a grill to use is awesome. With little kids, you had to drive to any restaurant down by Alys & Rosemary or up in Seagrove / Seaside. But because of the location there were not a zillion people at this property either. Lastly, the beach & water were amazing. Not very rough seas, crystal clear water, sand was so soft. Waves not big enough to boogieboard but def could skimboard. 9.5/10 will def book here again.
