"The hotel and the rooms themselves were freshly renovated. The bed was comfortable, room had good working air conditioning, and the bathroom was spacious, clean, and the water hot. The restaurant was newly renovated during our stay and the meal was fairly priced, extremely delicious, and the staff was attentive and friendly. There was also a newly attached bar with a large drink selection, friendly service, and fair prices. Any need we had was taken care of with a smile and promptly. Room service was daily with good service and there was a breakfast/lunch/dinner room service menu available to order if you wanted to relax. Really a gem hotel outside of London. The train station to London was about a mile and a half away so it was convenient. Would definitely stay here again!!!"

"Nice hotel, good rooms friendly reception staff.0 A big step up quality wise from Premier iInn Breakfast was okay but large amounts cooked and left in warming trays with lids, unfortunately some of the lid would not close because of the amount of food in them. Leaving food cold. Perhaps consider cooking less, but more often, so food is not sat as long"
