The staff here were friendly and very helpful. Room was clean but decor dated. Pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance when we arrived, which was very disappointing as they were one of the reasons we chose this hotel (we have two children).
Superb location. Nice rooms. Mediocre restaurant, but there's plenty of great options in the neighborhood. Lobby & valet staff are excellent. Maid service begins too early in the morning and woke us up—use a DND sign on your door when you're there.
The Hotel is about a block from the beach. Within walking distance of Resturant’s and the Santa Monica pier. The Staff was excellent.
