"This place was dirty, had ants on the walls, the sink and the microwave. The AC unit was loud and if used for over an hr, will start to leak down the wall. "The property is in the Beach. No tv in the lobby, no coffee maker or hair dryer in the room and it needs a better cook top"

"Entry into the property is not convenient and easy. Spent 15 minutes trying to figure out how to open the building door and another 10 to enter the apartment. The outside of the building has homeless people sleeping next to the entry door, and alot of late night vandalism outside the main entry to the building. I would not stay there again."
