Ja iniciamos os problemas no check in, onde após dar o horario do mesmo, ficaram enrolando para liberar, pois noa tinham quartos liberados para tal. Apenas duas pessoas atendendo, e uma multidão aguardando, com filas enormes. Depois de uma hora após o horario do check in, consigo acesso ao me quarto, onde nao tinha agua no banheiro (pia), apenas no chuveiro. Questionei uma pessoa da limpeza que disse que estavam fazendo uma manutencao X no andaer (mentira pois sai de l sem agua ainda). Quarto sem telefone de cmunicacao com a recepcao. Wi-fi que nao tem acesso a internet. Café da manha que nao faz juz a uam estrela. Uma zona com qulidade pessima do pouco alimento que tinha. Enfim, experiencia mais do que desagradavel.

Tudo mais ou menos nesse hotel. O Cafe da manhã bem fraco. Torradeira queimada , pães ruins. O hotel está bem localizado e é barato. Fora isso ,nada oferece de realmente bom. Mas serve pra dormir uma ou 2 noites.

Minha experiência no hotel começou de forma extremamente frustrante. Na primeira noite fui colocada em um quarto antigo, com cheiro forte de esgoto, banheiro com aparência de sujo, móveis quebrados, cadeira enferrujada, geladeira e ar-condicionado que fizeram barulho a noite toda — além do mau cheiro que me impediu de dormir. No dia seguinte, precisei esperar o gerente chegar para tentar resolver a situação, o que me fez chegar atrasada a um evento corporativo. Após todo esse desgaste, fui transferida para um quarto que correspondia às fotos divulgadas, limpo e confortável. Apesar de a situação ter sido resolvida depois da minha reclamação, a impressão que fica é que o hotel inicialmente acomoda os hóspedes em quartos sem condições adequadas, trocando apenas quando há queixa. Gostaria de poder fazer uma avaliação positiva, pois as duas noites seguintes foram boas, mas a primeira impressão foi de descaso e falta de cuidado com o cliente. Tirei fotos apenas do primeiro quarto, infelizmente devido a correria nao tirei fotos do segundo quarto, mas asseguro que existem quartos iguais ao site.
