"This hotel is situated in an ideal spot; very close to the island so that you see dozens of bird species from it's fabulous deck. The infinity pool is gorgeous as are all the grounds. Well worth the ride to the hotel! They have jet ski, kayaks and even will take you on a boat ride around the lake. The staff were absolutely spot-on. The food was very good. Rooms were comfortable and they use solar power to heat the shower (very hot water!) and provide power. Definitely will be back! "

"The Internet/wifi was weak at the igloos higher up on the hill. In spite of the high elevation, at minimum, there should be fans in the room. The funny part is the girl their own coffee, they have a coffee pot and coffee cups in the room but no coffee!😂. The good? Romantic, nice landscaping, view of Volcano, good service.
