"We for two nights, only error was we booked a wheelchair room and we were given a regular room but the staff quickly acknowledged our concern and we're able to change our room to wheelchair friendly. Was great inside the room, value was great as well, we do not use the pool or anything outdoors."

"Great staff, jumping pillow a hit, breakfast was good and good value. Downside is not being guaranteed upfront to be able to check in before 3pm. For an overnight stay in a 2 bedroom aprtmt and being in at 3pm out by 10am - it's not a long time. Other thing is the requirement to clean the dishes and take out the rubbish. I may as well have not left home... But overall I enjoyed it and would be back."

"DELUXE room paid for not allocated. Staff lied about the villa we were allocated, apparently deluxe villas are only available if club Wyndham members haven’t taken up them up. Customers not told the truth about at time of booking. Deceitful practice!!"
