Neighborhood is great - close enough to walk to the train station for day trips (or with luggage to/from airport) but far enough away to be in a set back in safe, lovely & charming streets. Many of our favourite restaurants and wine bars are just around the corner. "

"Overall it was great. It would’ve been nice to know that there is no elevator because the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there were a lot of stairs, so if you’re coming with a lot of luggage, it is a struggle. The apartment has a regular bed and a sofa bed, which were pretty comfortable. We did need more sheets and towels during our stay. The location was perfect and the communication with the staff was also very good. "

"The getting of the keys was a bit of a challenge as we had arrived a bit earlier & were trying to get in earlier..the response from the property company was not helpful in getting early arrival entry until we were actually in Bologna. Over all cleanliness was a 5 however when we went to turn on the AC in the bedroom as it was not running, the top of armoire had a 1 inch layer of dust on the top. Not healthy to breath in at night."

"The location is great as it is just outside of the super touristy area but close enough to make walking everywhere no problem. We took advantage of the local bakery, deli and vegetable market etc. I would stay here again in the future."

"We are from the United States. This home was perfect for our family. It is very clean and has everything we needed. Location is a manageable 10 minute walk to train station which was very important to us. Bolognia is central to several other cities in Italy that we wanted to visit. Each day, we just hopped on train to another city and came "home" each evening. Grocery store is within two blocks. Coffee shops and restaurants are also within walking distance. Safety did not appear to be an issue...

"We were quite disappointed in this stay. It was quite loud late into the night and the “bungalows” didn’t keep out the noise. The rooms weren’t specifically clean but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The coffee machine wasn’t restocked-no coffee, the choices were vast but not restocked well. We arrived one hour before breakfast was slated to end but 3/4 of the offerings were empty and not restocked through the completion of the breakfast time. The sad part was that we paid...
