"Despite my late-night flight and early morning checkout, they went above and beyond by arranging a taxi for me. The location is perfect, with tourist attractions and numerous restaurants nearby.

"I stayed in a lovely little studio that made excellent use of a small space. It had everything I needed, except perhaps an outdoor space, but Madrid has many beautiful outdoor spaces. The studio was super clean as well, and away from noisy areas of the city, though everything was pretty much within walking distance. When it came time to leave, I waited less than 2 minutes to find a taxi right outside the main entrance. "

"We've spent 1 night at the hotel and appreciated the comfy bed and pillows, and luggage storage option in the lobby.
It was a bit weird the bathroom setup: sink in the main area and shower and toilet only having non-transparent glass walls, but fine for 1 night."

"Great location. Great room. Turn right out of the hotel to walk Madrid for food and drink and neighborhood vibes. Turn left for sights palace and cathedral. "
"Great hotel and staff! The rooms are a bit small. All the amenities were perfect. The only issue we had was with the toilet. It broke 3 times during our 6 day stay. When called in, a maintenance person came quickly to repair. The roof top bar has an incredible view of the sunsets - would definitely stay there again. "
"This hotel is fantastic. You are in the heart and walking distance from everything you need. They also have fantastic shows at the theater. We really enjoyed this hotel. Coffee shop across the street is amazing."
