"Great house that can accommodate a large group. Very homey with great views of Chalk Mountains and Chalk Creek. Kitchen has almost everything one needs but would suggest adding cloth napkins and having soap and more TP in bathrooms. Other than that it was well stocked and we greatly appreciated having refrigerator and dry good basics on hand. Highly recommend the property."

"Amazing house, so eclectic and so much personality. Equidistant to BV and Salida. 20 min either way. Brown creek falls 15 min drive-awesome 6 mile out and back with beautiful waterfall. Mt Princeton 15 min drive, great day at the hot springs for adults and kids. Lots of amazing games and movies to entertain us. Kitchen with high end appliances, everything we needed with abundance of utensils, mugs, plates, pans, etc. would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone wanting a place off the beaten path. "
