"I absolutely will not answer your stupid "eco-friendly" question. Thats just virtue signaling and I wont be a part of that "feel good hug a tree" crap. THAT being said, I loved The Westin. The only thing that needs to be addressed is my 2nd breakfast i had on Monday morning. I had to ask for water THREE times. I shouldnt have to ask more than once, especially paying 28 bucks for bacon and eggs. I will stay again if you have great rates. And really....stop with the eco friendly crap. No one cares. "

During our stay, we had a minor issue with part of the room. I brought it to their attention, and they responded immediately and professionally. It was handled quickly and with care, which really showed how committed they are to guest satisfaction. It wasn’t just great service…it was heartfelt hospitality. We felt like more than just guests; we felt like valued individuals. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place that goes beyond expectations. "
