"Staff was terrific"

"I was hesitant to stay at an all-inclusive resort, but was pleasantly surprised. The food was very tasty and the pool drink staff were very attentive. For the most part kids stayed in the kid pool so the adult pool was very relaxing. My room was modern and very clean. My only complaint is that a lot of the noise from foot traffic kept me awake a couple of nights"

"We love the location, the view, the resort is beautiful, but mostly it’s the people that work there. We really noticed the awesome lady who cleaned our room Hilda. She is a gem, tip her well. Fernanda greets at the buffet, a very friendly person. Miguel the day buffet mgr goes out of his way to provide one of a kind service. David the night mgr is very good as well. Every morning Gabriel would remember our drinks and bring without us ordering very impressive. When learving property Eduardo the bellman was as helpful as he could be. We got to meet the room manager Guadalupe who was most accommodating. This was our 4th consecutive year to stay here, and looking forward to number 6."
