What a pleasure to stay at the Casa Pancho Playa! The room was good for two adults travelling together. Breakfast around the pool with other guests was a lovely part of the community feel to the accommodations. The walk to the beach was about 20 minutes down an active road with interesting shops and many delicious restaurants. I recommend and would stay again. Thank you

Very clean, very basic and nice for the price.

Casa Pancho Playa was a very clean, very basic hotel on the busy, main avenue leading into San Pancho Playa. They offered a good breakfast each morning, alternating with waffles and scrambled eggs each day. AND fabulous coffee. Communal fridge and cooking area was useful and clean with all necessary amenities. Our room was spacious but very basic [closets or clothes hangers would have been nice]. The pool was great during our first 4-5 days of the trip and the vibe was very nice and casual and relaxing around the pool area. Unfortunately the pool's pump or something went and we couldn't swim during our last few days but that was OK because the beach was amazing and only a 10-15 minute walk away. San Pancho was a great adventure.

Good for one night, not luxury

It was a very basic and simple room. It is quite dated and it was clean. My room faced the road so was noisy but thankfully the road noise did not last too late. My neighbours visited quite loudly outside my room and thankfully they did not stay up too late either. The breakfast was very simple but tasty scrambled eggs with tortillas. The bed was not luxury but decent. Nice hot shower. Definitely a Mexican low cost hotel although was not super low cost the night I was there as there was a big event in town. Jorge was a great communicator and very accommodating regarding my check in time and leaving my bag there for the day while I was out.

Instalaciones amplias y de acuerdo a precio, muy limpio. La alberca es genial para cerrar la noche. El ventilador de techo es algo ruidoso pero también tiene aire acondicionado. El desayuno es más bien ligero. Lo que no me gustó es que no te entregan llaves de la casa y que se guarde en una caja de combinación en la entrada. Mi mamá nunca entendió como poner la clave por lo que no podía entrar y salir sola. Sin embargo, volvería a elegir este hospedaje.

Aunque especifica desayuno gratis y cocina abierta hasta las 11, se supone que tienen que tener los desayunos de los huéspedes que habitamos fuimos a las 10:15 y ya no había desayaunos, osea te las que madrugar para alcanzar??? En la publicación no especifica que la habitación más grande tiene el baño fuera de la misma y tienes que salir en la noche si necesitas entrar al baño…. Pedí cambio de habitación por ese motivo y muy amable mar la dio pero me cobraron lo mismo siendo una habitación más pequeña. Llevaba un perrito y me cobraron extra aunque por el cambio de habitación sería justo que no lo hicieran, ya hemos estado en otras ocaciones allí pero esta vez todo fue mal

Estancia terrible NO recomendado

Las fotos que están en la aplicación no coinciden con la realidad del hotel la ropa de cama está sucia manchada parece que no la lavan tienen mal olor a parte las camas viejas e incómodas, muy viejo el lugar ya, desgastado y sucio, muebles de afuera rotos. La alberca está sucia. La persona de limpieza solo hace lo mínimo indispensable. Trabaja muy de mala gana no limpia bien no hay personal de recepción y al ser la única persona ahí, pues debe ser la tarjeta de presentación del negocio en todos los aspectos. Hace lo menos en su trabajo. Encontramos una cucaracha a nuestra llegada justo en la entrada la matamos salimos a la playa cuando regresamos ya habían terminado la limpieza y ahí seguía solo nos quedamos una noche ahí porque no había disponibilidad en otro hotel dormimos encima de unas toallas para playa que traíamos porque nos dio asco meternos a la cama. Es muy ruidoso las ventanas están viejas obvio pasa todo el ruido como no hay reglamento y nadie está a cargo hay personas en el área común en la madrugada platicando y tomando cerveza. En la cocina hay un dispensador de agua pero se ve percudido nos dio asco tomarnos el agua de ahí. Tienen muchas áreas de mejora creo que hoteles.com también debería verificar las fotos de los establecimientos Ojalá que nadie más tenga que pasar por esta terrible experiencia

The property does not have a front desk. As a result they use a lockbox that has a key to get you inside the facility. All guests use this lockbox and the same key. The numbers on the lock box are worn and very difficult to read as a result it took me 20 minutes to get in when it was dark. I tried a flash light and zoom on my camera and nothing helped. As such I would not recommend this property for women travelling on their own. Additionally my window did not close all the way and there are no screens on the window as such I woke up with mosquito bites. The ceiling fan did worked but sounded like you were running a blender and the bathroom sink only had one tap that worked.

This place is run down and not good value for the price- the towels and linens were threadbare and old as the hills, the sheets while clean were stained and the pillows old and uncomfortable. The breakfast. E was minimal- 1 waffle which was served for 2 days and 1 egg and 3 tortillas were served another. Clearly no upgrades have been done for years and years and the walls and accomodations were dingy and lacked any aesthetics. Our room was right beside the main road and while it did get quieter at night, it was loud, esp. New Years Eve. The tables and seating around the pool were falling apart. The umbrellas had holes and it smelled of sewage.one day.
