I was unable to check in to my room and cannot reach anyone for assistance since it’s after hours. I booked the room after 12:00 AM on Saturday, mistakenly thinking it was for Sunday. However, check-in isn’t until 3 PM on Sunday. I contacted an Expedia assistant, but they informed me that I won’t receive a refund because I didn’t purchase any insurance option. I also tried calling the hotel’s emergency number without success. As a result, I had to book another hotel for the night and lost $150 USD.

The resort was probably 40 years old. The food was decent. We went to two of the other restaurants. The Italian Italian place that was just really meh and the Japanese place a little underwhelming. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean . They had a little gym that was OK. It was a great deal for the money. I would definitely go back to Puerto Vallarta. I'm not sure if I would stay there again there's just different areas. I wanna see… But overall, I can't say anything bad.

It was a really beautiful resort in a really beautiful area. I think it lacks information on restaurants and entertainment. I found as a foreigner it was better accustomed to the locals. Which is nice to see but I have been at far cheaper resorts with much better entertainment.
