Just got back from Fiesta Americana All-Inclusive Resort in Puerto Vallarta, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The vibe is warm, laid-back, and honestly feels like a home away from home. Shout-outs: Axel for taking care of us from the moment we arrived until we left; Yonni and Andres for the best cool poolside service; Jorge and Ezekiel planned fun activities and games with infectious energy; Felipe for great breakfast and lunch; Josephine, Monce, and the spa crew for relaxing massages, and last but not least, Judith and the housekeeping team for taking care of everything we needed every day and making us feel looked after. Raymundo, Miguel, and Vladimir were fun and made our stay memorable! The food was excellent, with both local and international options. The relaxed atmosphere makes it easy to unwind by the pool or watch the sunset. We also loved the wildlife—birds, iguanas, peacocks, and the resort’s resident cat—all of which made the trip even more enjoyable. We looked forward to seeing them every day, and the staff’s positive interactions with the animals added to the experience. Overall, the staff was amazing, the food was delicious, and the vibe was peaceful—perfect for our getaway. If you’re considering a tropical vacation, Fiesta Americana in Puerto Vallarta should definitely be on your list. Can’t wait to return!

Front desk, The bellman helped me with my luggage, the suttle driver, the trolley drivers were amazing, they gives us great welcome, and excellent service. The staff from restaurants are fantastic, they gives us great service. I really recommend Mousai Hotel in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico ( adults only) has great views, clean rooms, great environment, amazing service. Love this place, definitely come back again.

Our room was spectacular and clean. Amazing view. But, all appliances were VERY loud. I used the washer/dryer for all the wet clothes and they were so loud that nit even closing the doors helped the noise. The jacuzzi was also very very loud, we opted to turn it off and call it a night. The espresso machine and coffee maker, were both very loud. We did not use it again. Elevators were broken and we were on the 7th floor… not cool going down/up in heels. Not really a kid-friendly place. Over all a beautiful place for older adults and seniors.

It is the best spot in the whole Hotel. Ask for Angel, he is awesome
