"Room was wondetful with a great pool view and we were high enough to also be able to see the ocean on the 7th floor as well. Staff was very friendly at the biffet and took great care of us when we checked in. Adrian at the pool and Rolando at the buffet restaurant were both standouts to us. It is clear they enjoy working with people and take great pride in providing an exceptional customer experience. Would highly recommend for families and ideal for adults only as well. "

They remembered our names and made us feel genuinely welcomed each day. The hotel is currently undergoing a remodel, so a few facilities, including one of the large restaurants, were temporarily closed. Note, that PV is a party destination and while staying anywhere you are exposed to loud music into the evening."
