Great little boutique hotel in the heart of San pancho. Large, well appointed clean room, attentive staff, artisan coffee shop/breakfast spot next to the lobby and perfectly located for walking to all the restaurants, bars, shops and the beach.

Hotel is very pretty, rooms are spacious.. negative that theres no elevator when you have luggage. The only downfall to the rooms is the nearby clubs are so loud until very late.

Customer service here was attentive and friendly. The attached cafe is excellent. The pool was always clean and a good temp, and the locations is fantastic. The only things to keep in mind are that you will hear roosters starting at 4am and they will crow until aprox 10pm and there is currently construction next door but they wait till 8am to start so it wasn’t much of a bother for us.

Would recommend to anyone coming to San Pancho!

The place is absolutely beautiful, clean and comfortable with ample parking and very good location!! The pools and staff were awesome.

It’s not that this place is bad; it’s just that there are much better options at this price point. If you stay here and walk around the town you’ll soon realize this is relatively underwhelming. I’m hoping we just got the worst room at the hotel and the rest of the rooms aren’t as bad. There was only one window and a balcony the size of a postage stamp… the window opened to a hall way so we had to keep the blinds closed. The room smelled like a dank basement and there was an old dirty bucket under the sink that smelled. Pretty stiff beds. The 5am rooster was actually a nice surprise that we didnt mind and the cafe is excellent. I wouldn’t stay again. If you stay… AVOID the Aqua room.

We had a wonderful 5 day stay here. Initially our room was not what we had expected so we were given another room the next day, which was so much better. They aim to please here! There is a mini fridge in the room (with complimentary beverages). A water cooler was also a great add on (on the second floor) to refill our water bottles. The rooftop has two pools (cool one and huge hot tub) and we were always alone up there. We loved the restaurant downstairs (Amaryya) for breakfast (cash only). We were a short walk to the main street but far enough for a quieter area. There were several great restaurants near us. We would stay here again! Thanks for looking after us!

We had a wonderful stay and were very happy with the spacious room, friendly and helpful staff, and a gorgeous rooftop where we hung out a lot. It was in easy walking distance to shops and restaurants but enough away from it all that it was very peaceful and quiet. We definitely enjoyed our stay and would consider returning again.

Great little boutique hotel in San Pancho

Hotel was conveniently located in downtown San Pancho but on a side street far from the noise and traffic. Small, very well appointed facilities, with an awesome coffee shop. Rooms very well designed and very comfortable with awesome AC. During our stay, there were a couple of power shot downs in town but hotel has their own generator, which was great to keep AC and lights, specially being almost 100 degrees during our stay. Personnel very attentive and kind and we felt at home. Would go back and recommend without hesitation

The hotel is nice. The architecture and design is very modern and crisp. The room was a good size and had two beds which can be hard to find in San Pancho. The bathroom area was okay. The lighting wasn't great and it would be nice to have a shelf in the shower.
