"The room was very clean & modern. Very friendly staff, great central location."

"Check-in was conducted with a man that did not seem to know much about the hotel he worked in and had little interest. Check-in was swift because he didn’t offer any useful information.Once we got to our two rooms it was obvious he sent us to the wrong set of lifts sending us the long way round.Neither room had a safe and only one had a wardrobe,2 people for 6 nights with just a set of open shelves for storage! We were given the option of another room which annoyingly also had no safe or wardrobe so we stayed put.The bed in this room was like a rock but the air con was new and quiet.After complaining we were offered a second alternative room the next day but had to store all of our stuff in our son’s room or spend the day waiting for the room to become free.This room finally had a safe and wardrobe.However the bed was like a flag stone floor that has been worn in places by 1000 years of footsteps,the air con was useless,the room had two fittings that flashed bright lights constantly, the t.v. was tiny,the bathroom was quite comical at how badly set up it was,from a ridiculous bath plug,a movable shower screen that cannot open,nonsensical positioning of dispensers and general poor state. sound proofing in hotels is never perfect but this one is not good at all.Breakfast was hit n miss but ok. Except for the gentleman that checked us in, all other staff were very good, especially the lady that checked us out who had been exceptional throughout the week. The hotel is kept clean."

"Efficient check-in and reception team was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, as were the staff in the breakfast room. Our room was kept clean with fresh towels everyday. The hotel is located very close to the station and airport shuttle, not in the best street but two minutes walk and you are at the start of everything."

"The room was lovely, the included breakfast was delicious, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The only thing was the TV in our room didn't work, but we could live without it."

"I cannot fault it for the price. The location is superb, my room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Your not going to get a pool on the roof at this price but I spent a very happy three nights here and will happily come back. The reception staff were excellent and helpful guiding me with things to do places to see and restaurants to eat in and maybe not visit. All in all a really good stay. "

"I have been traveling to Italy on business for over 30 years. In my opinion this was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed. The rooms may not be the most elegant but everything just feels well kept. The staff was extremely helpful and the breakfast was nice."

"All staff we spoke to were so helpful and friendly, bar staff, breakfast, reception, fantastic customer service. Room was nice, small but not tiny, good shower, clean beds, clean bathroom, safe, fridge, tv, coffee maker, probably needs some more sockets next to the bed to charge phone at night, hairdryer in bathroom. About a ten minute walk to the tower area, same for the river. Hotel was very convenient for us as we would walk, heard a couple of others say it was a bit far out, if you are fit and able then it is fine and the sun was out. Taxi from airport was 21 euros. My only negative was the breakfast, would have liked more selection and a few of the things were in need of replenishing, but we ate at 9.30am. Food is different for everyone, so this is just our opinion and others may love it. Would I stay again or recommend, most definitely I would."

"Stayed for one night before an early morning flight, just a few minutes drive from the airport. Got to the hotel 90 minutes before check-in time and was able to check-in early, as often offered by airport hotels. Parking is free with no restrictions. Staff were very helpful and offered practical advice and assistance for arranging an early morning taxi to the airport and how best to get back to the hotel as I wanted to visit Pisa for a few hours. "
