Kevin House is an independent house of 100 square meters. located on the ground floor of a three-storey family building. The house consists of: kitchen, living room with fireplace, bathroom with Jacuzzi, three double bedrooms, swimming pool, garden and veranda. In the property's internal courtyard, you can park up to three cars. Lucca is famous for its walls and historic center, 100 churches, historic villas, wine and oil from its hills.

The house offers large, cozy and clean rooms where you can spend your holiday with your family and friends. The house has independent heating. In the kitchen at your disposal you will find the dishwasher, the fridge, dishes, glasses, cutlery and crockery, toaster, microwave, kettle, kitchen linen. The bathroom with a large mirror and double sink, with Jacuzzi. Towels are available. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are ready to welcome you. In the house you will find the wi-fi service included, TV, radio, and books for children.
The house is located in a quiet and green area from where you can see the mountains of the Tuscan Apennines. Starting from the house you can go walking or mountain biking. Just 7 km from the historic center of Lucca, famous for its walls all to visit for its 4.5 km in length that completely surround the old town. Known as the city of 100 churches, rich in history, culture, and music. The cathedral of S. Martino, the churches of S. Michele and S. Frediano, Piazza Anfiteatro, Torre Guinigi or tree-lined tower, Torre delle ore, and the central Via Fillungo are definitely worth a visit.

At 30 km you can visit the famous places and the villages of the Garfagnana mountains.
