"The host was welcoming and accomodating, the cabin had a well stocked kitchen and bathroom, apart from a limited amount of toilet paper and paper towels. We did a small load of a laundry upon arrival due to one of the sets of linens having a certain smell, but overall loved our stay and would definitely recommend the place. We loved watching the different types of birds outside and the frequent visits from deer in the yard!"

"Éric est un hôte très attentionné et répond très rapidement à tous les courriels. L'endroit offre une vue spectaculaire sur les montagnes et est près de plusieurs parcs et sentiers en forêt. Il y a également, tout près, plusieurs endroits où aller manger (pubs, restos). Pour les amateurs d'astrophotographie, la terrasse de béton, la vue dégagée et le ciel sombre font de cet endroit un lieu idéal!"

"Beautiful location right on the tail end of a small lake. Great for kayaking but not for swimming. Kayaks and life jackets were available for use as well as a plastic axe throwing set up. However, there was not a children's playground set as listed or any children's dishes/cutlery. There was also an issue with the plumbing that starting flooding both bathrooms - communication with the host to get it fixed was quick and easy - but was clearly a known plumbing issue that had happened before. Overall it was a good house for the weekend. "
