"If staying here, there is only 1 convenient elevator that returns you to the lobby. The other elevator is on the other side of the hotel and only services room levels, no immediate access to the lobby. The elevators are small and slow."

"Room was clean, modern, with a lot of stuff in the mini bar, including snacks and more. The restaurant was OK, breakfast was really good. Location is not the best in a way that it is in the middle of an industrial area, and you need a car to go anywhere. Hi way is next to it, and there is a Tim Hortons next door. Would I come back? "Hotel location is convenient, walking distance to stores and restaurants. The only concerns is parking. Parking is not the same location where the hotel is but across the street, underground, although it’s not that much for a walk. Overall, I recommend this hotel 100%"

"Excellent hotel, clean and very modern. Beds are extremely comfy. Free breakfast was perfect. We sayed on night to check out the casino easy to get, only 8 min away."

"The restaurant closes too early for dinner. We checked in hotel at 8:35pm ish, front desk didn't tell use restaurant will close at 9pm. We got down to lobby after put baggage into room, arrived at restaurant at 8:58pm, and we were told restaurant closed. We said it was not 9pm yet, waitresses checked with Chef, chef said closed. That was disappointing. Ended up, we had some snacks. But waitresses were super nice and helpful."

From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out for being both friendly and professional, which really made the experience smooth and welcoming. A special thank you to Gopy and Tarik (reception). Emily (Breakfast) for their excellent service. Each of them was attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind, making sure everything went well during my stay. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again."
