The entire hotel was spotless; you can tell they really take pride in keeping everything immaculate. The location is perfect as well, with easy access to transport, shops, and great spots to explore. It made getting around the city so effortless. Overall, a brilliant stay from start to finish. I would highly recommend HF Fénix Music and can’t wait to come back!"

"Lovely room, very friendly and helpful staff, reasonable breakfast, quirky bonus rewards related to room cleaning and accessible with public transport. The hotel has an added attraction with a daily light show. We were a little confused with booking the restaurant, maybe because 7:30 is early for dinner in Portugal, offered 8:45 although restaurant was empty at 7:30. We’d happily return. "

"The Room was spotless every day and the Hotel itself was in a decent location to get around and catch the Metro etc. Maybe a kettle in the room would be a good addition but free wi-fi and tv were adequate for myself! The members of staff I engaged with were warm and friendly, a couple of others could maybe smile a little more! But overall a great stay. Thanks!"
