"Large room, bright, clean and comfortable. Frontdesk attendees were very nice. I enjoyed the bathtub after a long day. The only (minor) thing missing was that they did not provide hair conditioner and my hair was a mess. 😖 Will definitely stay again if we go back to Lisboa! "

"Lovely room, very friendly and helpful staff, reasonable breakfast, quirky bonus rewards related to room cleaning and accessible with public transport. The hotel has an added attraction with a daily light show. We were a little confused with booking the restaurant, maybe because 7:30 is early for dinner in Portugal, offered 8:45 although restaurant was empty at 7:30. We’d happily return. "

"The Room was spotless every day and the Hotel itself was in a decent location to get around and catch the Metro etc. Maybe a kettle in the room would be a good addition but free wi-fi and tv were adequate for myself! The members of staff I engaged with were warm and friendly, a couple of others could maybe smile a little more! But overall a great stay. Thanks!"
