"The room itself was a four out of five. Onsite parking, and not too expensive. Nice room. Nice enough lobby and hall. Checkin left a lot to be desired. No explanation of anything hotel or area regarded. Still unsure why they require a bank card when the minibar is non existent, and room service is pre-paid. The attendant just handed a pen and paper to me without saying much at all. The pillows in the room were the worst I have seen. And the towels looked ten years old. There was also a strange issue with the temperature, where even with the AC on high, the room never heated up by more than a degree or two. Overall, good hotel, but lacklustre staff."

"This was my 2nd time staying here in acouple of weeks, absolutely love it! Everything is so clean and comfortable and relaxing. We stayed in a 2br both times, so spacious and relaxing. Just a quick trip on a tram to the city and nice to have a beautiful city view but to be able to relax without the hustle of the city. The precinct is amazing, the most gorgeous IGA with everything you need, even hot roast and other restaurants and Brewdog brewery as well, you really dont need to leave here, a great play ground for the kids in the precinct as well. The pool area in the motel is absolutely gorgeous. I've already booked again for July, my new Melbourne home,"

"Didn't expect to much as budget accommodation. Car parking was good, mattress had a topper on it that was comfortable. Bathroom had mould and no shower curtain or similar so whole bathroom gets wet when showering. Had black hairs all over the floor which was gross. Paid for breakfast as front desk said it started at 6.30 when it actually didn't start until 7 which didn't suit my requirements. Room windows are double glazed but all the noise from the street comes straight in through the air con. Room key system was replaced during my stay but no notification was left on the door to inform of this. I had to enquire at reception if there had been a change. Had someone bang on all the doors in my hallway at 4.30am which was not ideal. I reported this to reception who looked into what room the person was in on the cameras. I paid for budget and that's what I got."
