Pésimo!!! Nunca pudimos alojarnos. No nos atendieron y tuvimos que contratar otro hotel. Malísimo el comportamiento del alojamiento Termini Station Rooms. No lo contraten nunca.

O contato inicial não foi muito promissor. Chegamos cedo em Roma, fomos até o endereço informado para tentar deixar as malas até o horário do check in, e não conseguimos falar com ninguém. É um BeB, portanto não tem recepção nem serviços de guarda bagagem, acabamos perdendo meio dia por conta disso. Tivemos também uma confusão com o endereço fornecido, e a Campanhia do lugar que não estava funcionando. Sorte que nesta viagem, eu estava com roaming e pude ligar para os telefones indicados. Senão fosse isso, teríamos passado um aperto. Enfim, passado o susto inicial, o quarto era amplo, com ar condicionado, confortável, bem localizado e com limpeza diária. Em resumo, foi uma grata surpresa

Isn't front desk, and when i call the number in rhe door of the building nobody callme back i lost the total of my money in this reservation, and i had to make a reservation in another hotel, I'm really mad with expedia because they offer this place, and at the end nobody respond for your reservation and your money

Close to the termini train station— only thing goi

I travel a lot and am pretty easy going but would not recommend this place. If you need a place 1 block from the train station just for the night—okay—expensive for such a seedy place but okay. Finding the office to get keys and get let in was very problematic and the place was not clean. Try for something else if you can.

Left us stranded at 22:00 on the side of the road!

The worst experience ever. After messaging twice to inform of arrival time (and no one answering the phone) we arrived to find the owner had double booked so two of our party were stranded without a place to stay. Not only that, but the owner was rude and accused us of lying about our booking. He seems to only care about bookings for larger parties. I didn't go inside myself so can't comment on the inside of the hotel, but the outside was shabby and I was told that it was dirty inside. This is the first time I've left a bad review on accommodation but I couldn't in all good conscience not leave a review. Hopefully I will save someone else the hardship that we suffered.

Bad place with horrible management!

Stay away!!! This guy should not be in the hospitality industry. The website has a big lie: not only there is no 24 hours reception, there is no reception at all! If you scroll all the way down the page you find a small print that says that check in is 2pm to midnight, which completely contradicts the 24 hour reception statement. However it is unlikely that one would read that. My airplane landed late, the taxi driver was slow so I ended up arriving right after midnight. Everything was closed and nobody answered. I had to find a room at a different hotel in order not to spend the night in the street. The following morning I call Termini Station Rooms without even protesting and an incredibly rude guy attacks me yelling "you screwed up big time! You were not here by midnight!" (in Italian, I am Italian). He kept insulting and attacking me. Then he said "I will be there at 10 am, if you are not there at 10 you lose your reservation!", which is completely illegal because I had already paid in advance. I show up at 10 and the guy starts insulting me again. I eventually got my room at 4. The room was barren, squalid and sad, and so was the bathroom. The quality of the place is really low. Just next door (this is Via Cavour 57) in Via Cavour 47 there are at least 2 REAL hotels with 24/7 reception, Hotel Argentina and Hotel Marcantonio. These 2 places have much better quality of rooms and bathrooms, 24/7 concierge and breakfast included, for a lower price than Termini Station Rooms!

Close to train station, but without comfort

The only advantage is the location, close to the train station. When arriving to the address we had to move (carying the luggages) to another place since they had not rooms available.

Punto strategico

Il termini station rooms si trova a 2 passi dalla stazione termini! La posizione è strategica in quanto permette di arrivare e spostarsi in Roma molto facilmente tra metro e autobus in partenza dalla stazione. Il proprietario molto gentile! Prezzi ottimi! Quando sono a Roma prenoto sempre qui!

No es un hotel, es un departamento o piso adaptado para recibir huéspedes. Check in horroroso, reservé con baño habitación con baño privado y no lo tuvieron, reclame del asunto ya dama me indicó que arreglé con expedía (yo reservé con hoteles.com); tuve que aceptar por cansancio, al siguiente día me ubicaron con baño privado; com “compensación por el error, ellos asumieron tasa de pago de turistas.. Luego quiso cobrarme del hospedaje otra vez, tuve que ponerme estricto y decirles que ya me descontaron, finalmente fue error de ellos, limpieza bien, no útiles de limpieza..... En resumen no es hotel y labSra que nos recibió, muy desorganizada

Don't bother

Didn't know we had to check-in in a different building 3 blocks away. Didn't get breakfast included in booking. WiFi was down majority of the time. Draws were dirty (obviously never cleaned, dry wax and empty cigarettes) cleaner was rude and didn't want to wait 5 minutes for partner to get dressed.

Affordable close to Termini station

Location is perfect. Walking distance to termini and colosseum. Room was clean, average but comfortable. Internet and air con very good. Bathroom/shower is communal. Toilet was not flushing right during the first night but was fixed the next day. Overall 2 night stay was good.

Worst hostel with a rude reception

Arriving at hotel just before midnight after a long trip and no one opening the door, I called the phone number on the door after a guest opened for me Finally I have to look for another hotel to spend the first night and when I checked in the next day the guy was very rude and did not even apologize for the inconvenience Room cleaned one in the 3 nights I spent there , towel not changed, Not recommended at all

Not friendly, not clean

The hotel is situated in a convenient part of town but I wouldn't recommend. A bit on the dingy side, could have been cleaner. The staff was not attentive to customers and not the least bit interested guests' needs.
