The hotel is old but cute. The breakfast is good and the staff was very helpful. The room was a little small but it had what we needed. It is walking distance to many tourist attractions and there are lots of restaurants and stores to shop.

This was a great property, close enough to get to many sites and restaurants in walking distance, but tucked away so it’s quiet and safe. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Early check-in was available for a reasonable fee. The mini-suite room was extremely comfortable and spacious with a beautiful street view. Beds were very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location. Steps from the subway and within easy walking distance to Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. We had two rooms (for family of four); one room had a better bathroom, the other had its own little private balcony. No complaints!

The hotel has an Excellent location. I love the rooms very spacious and clean. They only feedback will be the old carpet in the small lobby looks very old and dirty and also the keys to the room are ver heavy to keep carrying around the city. Very great value overral.

Had a great time staying here!

Had a lovely stay at Alexandra. Really friendly staff who welcomed us and gave us recommendations for things to experience in Rome. The rooms were clean and modern and the noise from the street was minimal. The hotel is close to most of the attractions and if they’re not, there is only a short 2 minute walk down to Piazza Barberini where you can take a taxi. There is also allot of great shops and restaurants nearby, so I would definitely stay at hotel Alexandra again some day. 😊

Location of this hotel is great. Walking distance to trevi fountain and attractions. The hotel itself is outdated. Rooms are very tiny and not inclusive of little daily needs like included water. Front desk service is mediocre. If you are looking for a decently priced good location hotel, Hotel Alexandra is OK.

The Hotel Alexandra staff were all friendly and helpful - Giada was especially kind in ensuring we had a room that worked for our needs. Each room is individually decorated, with some lovely touches - ours had a beautiful chandelier and a large amount of wardrobe space in addition to a sizeable bathroom. The location on pretty Via Veneto means many classic sights such as the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Pantheon are within walking distance and both the Metro and a taxi stand are just down the street. This is an especially safe area; it is active with many restaurants and cafes nearby without being particularly crowded or noisy.

Great location but wouldn’t stay here again. Rooms are super small and not clean at all. Hotel won’t let you eat food in your room or take your hotel key outside the hotel.

Staff are nice; I don’t remember if there was a hair dryer in the room; no iron too. The entrance is hard to carry my luggage due to the stairs. Clean room. You can hear people in the hallway outside the room.
