All staff were very friendly and helpful, luckily our room was available before check in so we were able to rest before exploring the city, our room (deluxe with balcony) was clean and spacious - perfect for our long weekend in the city. We were able to leave our suitcase behind when we had an evening flight, overall a really great stay!

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed: a lovely large room with balcony, a great shower, room cleaned every day and friendly helpful staff. The hotel itself was quiet but is situated just south of the city wall in a vibrant residential neighbourhood. Cannot recommend enough - was the perfect base for exploring Rome.

It was a bit tricky getting in as reception was unmanned and the contact number explaining this was inside. There wasn't the advertised free welcome drink, but I did get a free upgrade to a balcony. The room was clean and had a decent smart TV and facilities. The decor was spartan and utilitarian. Bed was clean and comfy. Breakfast was limited and expensive, so we went to a cafe close by for VERY reasonable prices.

The hotel and the staff was lovely. The staff are very polite and approachable, they always smile and say hello. The hotel itself was hard to find so my only suggestion eould be to have a sign on the main road for easy location because it is based behind blocks. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay.

Really fantastic

A little hard to find initially because it’s not on the Main Street but otherwise it’s a great location close up the metro station so perfect home base for sight seeing. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The staff was so nice!

The staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. This was our first visit to Rome and they made our stay very pleasant. The property was also clean and well maintained. Parking was difficult in Rome everywhere. This was the only issue. Once we found a spot we walked most everywhere. The hotel location was nice because it was about 1-2 miles from many of the sites.

What I liked: - The hotel is very closed from the MA SUBWAY- S.Giovanni station. - It is very calm and quiete. - The bedroom with balcony is well-designed and well-decorated, it is very nice and fine. The balcony is a plus for the smokers. What I di not like: - The breakfast: not enough fruits, no scrambled eggs: kind of expensive 12€ for a breakfast without those. The toaster was not working... - The housekeeping is not that well.. still find a glass with old cigarette butts into the bathroom (it must have been forgotten), things were missing such as the hairdryer and not enough toilet paper.... ==> However, the staff is very nice. I do recommand this dotcampus roma city center anyway If I had an improvment point to share: it would be to better indicate the hotel from the faleria road. It is kind of hard to find from the street ;-)
