What made our stay special was Francesco. One night I forgot my phone in a taxi that I paid cash for and thus had no receipt for. He helped me call the taxi company and spoke with the driver and arranged a drop off. Customer service went above and beyond. The hotel itself was perfectly adequate. Room was small but what we needed, was a space to crash. Its convenient to buses that will take you into the main center. Hotel restaurant doesnt run lunch during December, and will shut down if no one shows up.

Schönes Hotel bei unserem Trip nach Rom. Wir hatten ein Superiorzimmer, welches recht neu war. Personal war freundlich und sprach englisch, teilweise auch deutsch. Die Stadt war etwas entfernt, sodass man mit dem Bus fahren musste. Das war aber kein Problem. Das Viertel um das Hotel ist auch schön und es gibt einen Supermarkt in der Nähe. Um abends gut und günstig essen zu gehen, ist in der Umgebung das Restaurant Il secchio e l'olivaro zu empfehlen.

Great accommodation!

Kolping Domitilla Hotel is a very nice hotel. We enjoyed the convenience that it offers like taxi or bus service to go around the city center. The restaurant onsite is a plus. It is close to the famous old Roman road called Appian Way. It also very close to one of the Catacombs that is famous in the area. We recommend it very much.

Wunderschönes Hotel ruhige und schöne Lage eine Bushaltestelle ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen und von dort aus kommt man überall hin. Zimmer sind sehr schön und eine tolle Terrasse. Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war lecker und ausreichend. Sehr empfehlenswert das Hotel.

Dobry z płatnym parkingiem

Rodzina 4 osoby dorosłe, dwa pokoje 2 osobowe, pobyt sierpień 2019. Hotel trzyma standardy jednak my mieszkaliśmy w części dawno nie odświeżanej i potrzebującej odświeżenia. Pokoje czyste, wygodne, jednak sprzęty głównie łazienkowe wysłużone, a tapety i wyposażenie pokojów jak z lat 80-tych. Lokalizacja w cichej dzielnicy, dobrze skomunikowanej z centrum (15 minut autobusem). Ważna uwaga dla turystów, którzy chcą zwiedzać Rzym komunikacją miejską - wieczorem nie ma możliwości kupienia w okolicy biletów. Generalnie hotel godny polecenia. Przy meldowaniu dodatkowe opłaty za parking płatny (5 Eur/doba- w ofercie internetowej miał być bezpłatny i dodatkowa opłata 4 Eur/osoby za każdą dobę jako city tax.

Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast with lots of options. It's a little outside from the center of Rome, but an 8 minute walk to the bus station. My only gripe is that there was only one outlet.

En 5 días no hemos dado con nadie que supiera castellano, tampoco las informaciones que facilita el hotel contemplan el idioma,el check out es a las 10:30 con lo que si tenéis el vuelo tarde y no queréis andar cargando maletas pero sí aprovechar el día vais a tener que cruzaros Roma un par de veces;a pesar de lo que ellos dicen,el hotel está aproximadamente a 45 minutos del centro de la ciudad en transporte público y por ende de cualquier monumento que se quiera visitar (tardamos más de una hora en llegar al Vaticano) es extremadamente económico,sí,pero os vais a gastar más dinero en transportes que en la estancia en sí.

Das Hotel bietet alles, was man braucht, um in Rom eine gute Zeit zu verbringen. Der Service ist sehr gut und gerade an der Rezeption werden viele Sprachen gesprochen, sodass man sich nie verloren fühlt.

Mi è piaciuto molto come struttura vista dall'esterno, l'entrata è bellissima ed anche la cappella interna che ho visitato dopo il suggerimento della receptionist all'arrivo. Il personale che ho incontrato è stato davvero carino. La camera era abbastanza pulita. Ho dormito solo una notte e la nottata purtroppo non è stata per nulla tranquilla. Intono le 3 del mattino una famiglia è entrata nella stanza di fianco facendo un gran baccano e non abbiamo più chiuso occhio... Si sentiva tutto, la loro TV, lo sciacquone del water, il loro parlare (urlare)... sembrava stessero nella nostra camera. Ne deduco che 1) le stanze non sono affatto isolate l'una dall'altra, 2) che chi organizza la prenotazione delle stanze, non ha minimamente pensato che se faceva entrare una famiglia in piena notte di fianco ad una camera dove c'è già gente che dorme non è cosa buona e giusta. La famiglia comunque ha avuto una ignoranza pura.
