I recommend this hotel 100%! This hotel was close to everything that I did not have to take taxis and I just walked the whole time. I got complementary wine for being a silver Expedia member which was so good! Super friendly staff.
Great location and accommodations. After a long travel day we got there about three hours before the 3pm check in time and opted to pay the $25 early check in fee.
Cleaning was everyday. Maybe a small point less for the finishing in the bathroom but it’s not due to a lack of cleaning.
AC was useful during the warm nights.
Service was good as we had all the help needed.
Price/night is really good for the location in the center of Rome.

The location was great (Spanish steps and trevise fountain). Moira was an excellent host and she made our stay wonderful.
We enjoyed staying at this property. The staff was friendly and incredibly helpful. They did such a great job at communicating with us. I highly recommend!
The only comment I have is that the hotel amenities list the hotel has an elevator. True, but to get to the elevator you must climb a flight of stairs to get on and descind a flight getting off. If mobility is an issue, this is not a great stay.

I don’t understand how this hotel has any good reviews. The pictures are catfish! It’s very old, dirty and needs renovations. The entryway is dirty and the walls of the room are dirty. The bathroom had an odor and the shower was disgusting. Thankfully I stayed 1 night before going to the hotel, I didn’t shower that’s how bad the bathroom is! Apparently the previous guests kicked in the door so it was damaged. The host apologized & said it was getting fixed. The only positive is the location, you can walk to everything.
Moira and her team couldnt have made us feel any more welcome. Location is 1st class, 10 mins from the Spanish steps and the Trevi fountain. Huge selection of restaurants near by as well as fantastic shopping. We would highly recommend.
Location is great, however all other things are poor. Especially, cleanliness is the biggest concern.
Initially they gave us a room which was rather like a storage room with a bed added to it (ie. cupboards loaded with messy stuff; extremely dark; although all other rooms had numbers on the door this one had a sign resembling a staff area; there was a scaffolding with people actively working on it just outside of the only window which didn't have any curtains...), although the assigned room on the system was different. Later we moved to room that we are supposed to, which was in a slightly better condition, but still with unsatisfactory cleanliness.
They do not reply any questions via Expedia chat, you only receive automated process messages. Once you arrive, there is a Whatsapp number which they respond but with hours of delay even during the day, and to underline that it is the so-called emergency contact.
To draw an objective picture, we were offered free early check-in (ca.40mins) and baggage locker on the day of departure. However, in comparison to all the negative experiences we had these were negligible benefits.
