Great location to stay! Lots of places to eat and tour around! Staff VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY! Felt safe! Clean. The internet didn’t work, so plan for that ahead of time or ask before you stay if it’s working. Also, no elevators. Will stay again if we are back!

If you have plenty of luggage, stay away from this hotel. There's no elevator and they said it's located on the 3rd floor which is literally on the 4th floor. You have to carry all your stuff from level floor to 4th floor. Stairs are very narrow. Place is super old. But it has a great location.

Great location hotel

Hotel location was amazing. When you step out the front door you can see the colosseum. Very walkable area with many shops and restaurants near by. Be prepared to lug your suitcase up 3 flights of stairs but great place. Very kind and accommodating staff.

Everything is amazing, in the heart of the downtown and very clean. However, the owner should mention on the website that the guest house is in the third floor and there is no working elevator, the room and bathroom are slightly smaller than in the picture.

Stairs, Stairs, Stairs. Elevator out of order,our room was on the 4th floor no other options. No wifi......out of order. Bed was horrible. 2 beds put together, which is normal in Europe but 1/2 was regular the other 1/2 was so soft, Like it had been used to 100years. Staff were friendly and allowed us to have a late check.

Room was sufficient, bathroom was clean, however our blanket had a small stain. The walls are very thin. You can hear the neighbors walking in and out of their rooms. Keep in mind you have to take 3 flights of stairs to get to the room. Ok place to stay if you're out most of the day and just there to sleep.

Everything was great except that there is no elevator and the hotel is in a third floor. We came with 4 pieces of luggage and it was an unpleasant welcoming experience to carry 3 floors up all the luggage without any help. The room, staff and location were great.

Great experience every time!

This is my second time staying at this hotel because the staff so genuine and helpful. It’s a great place to stay, and very local to the Colosseum. Great neighborhood for restaurants and walking. Great experience overall.

Great location and friendly staff

Lady that greates us on arrival was lovely. Our room was ready early and very clean. Even though ghere was sliding doors there were rules in place to get a good nights sleep and ear plugs provided. Guest house is in a great lacation just a few minutes walk from the Collaseum. Only down side really was that when we asked for a room clean after 3 days of being there it seemed that only the bed was made as there was still hairs all over the floor, makeup on the towels that had been refolded and clean bed sheets left on the fridge. Dont know if this os in all rooms but the boiler was infront of our toilet so if you're over 5 foot 5 you will hit your head if you forgwt when you get up. Some helpful information; it is a buzzer entrance when you first arrive and have to go up to level 3, but you require a key for the tiny lift

The property was great. It was very accommodating very cozy. I was not expecting to walk up three flights of stairs, but didn’t have an issue. The area was very friendly. Lots of restaurants easy to get to the Colosseum. Staff was one of a kind. They were very friendly assisted in everything that we need the day that we checked out we had an incident where we left our luggage in the street as we travel traveled through Italy the staff at the hotel, held it for us for four days until we were able to pick it up 4 days later I am so grateful.

The property itself was great however, the building was having exterior construction of the wall and every morning at 7am they would start hammering the exterior wall against our bed waking us all up in the room. I wish they either knew this was going to be happening so we could be warned or have it posted prior to booking the property. Property was clean and service was great though. Nothing against the actual accommodations.

Nice, clean room in the excellent area

Nice and clean small room in perfect location, near Colloseum, Cavour street and Metro, with many restaurants and bars around. Service was very friendly and helpful. However, isolation towards the corridor and other apartments could be better, not to hear in the morning all discussions with other tenants, room cleaning etc. Also interesting, a mirror in the room would be helpful, not only one in the bathroom.

The room was small but clean and the staff was super friendly. The building had an elevator that was out of order and the stairs are steep, so carrying luggage up and down was a hassle. The location is great to get to different places like the coliseum and the palatine hill, also easy access to taxis to go to The Vatican.

We had to move to another hotel after spending 3 days and having little to no water in our room. One of their pipes broke and the staff kept telling us it was fixed, but it was not. It is at a convenient location close to the train station.

It is located centrally to most of the tourist locations; however, it is a loud neighborhood if you are looking to have a quiet morning. Also, there is no elevator so it is very much difficult to carry your luggage up and down through the narrow staircase.

We had a lovely stay at Daplace - HQH - Colosseo. It is in a great location in Monti with train/bus stops and many shops/restaurants in walking distance. Our check-in was smooth and they offered us free bottled water / fresh towels / new bedding each day (if desired). During our check-in they also shared a detailed restaurant guide and suggestions for things to do. The A/C was also greatly appreciated during the August heat. Note: The apartment is located on the second floor of the building (with no access to the elevator) so be mindful of booking if you have many bags or have accessibility issues. The staircase is quite narrow.

The room has a very good location, but the no elevator to take the luggage at a 4th floor is a bit complicated. The staff is kind but when leaving the apartment and bringing the suitescases down through the stairs, I was insultes and rdisrespected bu a woman who claims to be the owner of the building
