"Best part of the stay was the shuttle service."

"Had a such horrible experience for the last stay in Rome. I booked this hotel via Hotel.com. And there has a highlight showed for Free Shuttle bus to the airport which attracted me. When I checked out in this morning, the staff in front desk told me I owe them €20 for shuttle bus. €8 for each way and another €4 for city tax. And I tried to show them the website’s highlights for FREE SHUTTLE BUS. And the bold guy in front desk told me it’s not free, it’s just free for your experience??? And also because I booked via Hotel.com which is not their business!! But ended up they said is their technical issues which I have to pay for it!! Excuse me??? Have you heard yourself??? "

"Was a pretty far walk from the terminals and pretty far from the train station so be prepared for that. They do not have Netflix or any other access besides regular tv, and for English speakers there’s not a lot to watch. It is very expensive for I feel like no reason. I’m not sure I would stay here again. The staff was nice enough "

"Walls were paper thin. Rooms were old and worn. Neighborhood was questionable. I am 5’2” and weigh 98lb, the way the shower was setup made me even feel cramped. My son and husband were miserable. Despite the terrible place, the lady at the front desk was wonderful! She was very sweet, recommended a restaurant for dinner. "
