Property was as described, staff was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well cared for. Shout out to Meleana, in spite of language issues, she always answered our questions and called for our taxi. We would definitely stay there again! Ciao

Suites are really nice and well maintained. Our host Milena was so helpful and always easy to reach when we needed assistance. The location is right in the city, 10 minutes from cruise port. Hotel entrance doesn’t give credit to these excellent accommodations.

Don't let the exterior fool you. Not much to look at from the outside, but the rooms are top notch! They look to have been recently renovated. Very clean. The staff (Milena?) was very responsive and helpful. She even arranged our transportation to the cruise terminal at the last minute. Thank you! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Milena, the Guest House POC, has been amazing. Excellent communication in advance of checking in. Very responsive to our requests. She is delightful. The room was extremely nice and clean. An unexpected jewel!

12months walk from the train station, our host was really welcoming and helpful sending all checkin information ahead of time. We stayed 1 night ahead of a cruise and our host help organise a taxi to the port to which we were very appreciative. The room was very clean and modern and we were very happy with the stay!

This place is great. The staff is super friendly and she was helpful when the ferry arrived two hours late. I’ve also never been to such a clean hotel before…most often I see reviews for “clean” places, and they end up being mediocre. But this place is spotless and the bedding is very clean! I’ve never felt so refreshed after such a gross ferry ride 😂 Would definitely stay here again, 10/10!

The outside of the building does not reflect the nice interior. Overall the owner was very accommodating, she arranged my pick up from the airport and the shuttle to my ship the next day. There is several little restaurants on the same street, and it is walking distance to the boardwalk where you can see the water and there is bars and restaurants with entertainment that you can go to. Overall nice area and good experience, I wish I had gone a few days earlier to take advantage of going to visit the surroundings, very nice small town.

We stayed one night before our cruise. Melina made sure we were welcome before our stay even began. Once we arrived our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had many options. The whole experience made us feel at home.

It was very nice. The room was beautiful, clean, and very welcoming. It also had a very nice patio overlooking the street, which I enjoyed very much. I had a problem with transportation, but the owner helped me resolve the issues quickly. I highly recommend Gallery Suite.

The stay and service we received from this team was wonderful!!! OMG!!! She helped us get from the train and also coordinated transportation from the port back to the airport. If your going on a cruise please book here it’s perfect!

The host Mellani went above and beyond to please. She provided detailed information to access, she responded quickly on What’s up app. The room had premium linens and towels, nice patio, comfortable bed and pillows. The room was very clean. She even arranged transport to the port. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you !

Excellent stay at Gallery Suites. Accommodation is modern, very well maintained and comfortable. It is well positioned for the train station, town centre and cruise port. Communications from the host cannot be faulted. Highly recommended.
