"Staff was very accommodating; however, the advertising that all rooms have a water view neglected to mention that it was in the middle of a construction site. The general neighborhood did not permit a safe walk about. Too bad this hotel and its staff are in this unkempt area. "

"The property has amazing views and feels like a tropical resort. The rooms are large and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the king-sized bed with soft linens and the huge shower. The balcony also has comfortable furniture for sitting outside. We are at both restaurants and the food was excellent and the views were even better. If you want a resort-like stay near the airport this is a good option but it is a bit remote if you don’t have a car, and taxis are very expensive. The shuttle service provided is a great deal."

"The room was clean and spacious. Silvia,Kirllos, Matteo but most of all Massimo were very helpful, and accommodating. Our flight was cancelled and we had to stay 3 more days in the hotel. Massimo was very kind enough to direct us to a place where we could have a sumptuous dinner and schedule a shuttle for our Ostia Antica sightseeing. Aliona, the breakfast lady was very helpful too. I highly recommend 100% this place."
