"Everything is extra including the shuttle to the airport. Description is misleading it should say there is a charge for the shuttle and a charge for breakfast. When trying to contact the hotel in advance about the shuttle no one responded!!! They promised us a late checkout then when checking again they said no. We stayed anyway cause our shuttle time was planned based on the late check- out. Find out from the train station if you can book your ticket through to the airport but use the ticket over two days. Plus for long layovers is that there is a mall, supermarket right next door. Also out the train station door. There are two of the same hotels. One maybe older but you don’t really know which one your booking cause they have the same name."

"Couldn't have been better a 10 out of 10 I got there early they let me check in early no charge the shuttle wonderful I would absolutely stay there again walking distance to food and grocery store staff at front desk very welcoming and helpful can't wait to go back "
