"The room was just ok (clean enough and reasonably sized), the complimentary water bottles were appreciated. The biggest challenge was the area. Very sketchy neighborhood, all windows have security bars. You are close to the beach and a couple of restaurants (and for us, the airport). The staff were amazing! Very friendly people and quick to help with taxi service or the shuttle to the airport. They even recommended a restaurant for lunch, Tre Nodi, which was absolutely incredible and right on the beach "

"This is a well located hotel near to Rome’s international airport, with a variety of amenities. The room was very clean with a considerable space and a view of the town’s port. They arranged an airport shuttle which was helpful."

"The grounds are beautiful, the restaurant has very limited hours. Hard to find nearby restaurants. They were playing very loud music until late at night. I believe they cater to large groups. "

"Clean & tidy room but hotel pretty isolated in a residential area. Not a lot of shops or restaurants around. Hotel shuttle from airport essential as private taxi very expensive & difficult to find at airport. Hotel initially tried to push shuttle from central Rome to hotel - far (30km) away & pricey. I was advised late of the airport shuttle to the hotel and it was too late to organize. Uber and private taxi both very expensive and difficult to find at airport. "

"The room was very clean and all staff were very attentive and friendly. The spa is remarkable and bathrobe-happy-hour was fun and a nice touch. Only area where improvement is needed is the quality of the food at the buffet for lunch. It was not at the quality of everything else in the property"
