"The property charged my debit card a safety deposit of $100 and did not tell me how long it will take for the money to be reimbursed back to my card, which is important for those of us who need to know daily how much is in our account. They need to tell visitors how much they are taking for security deposit and let the guest know exactly WHEN the money will be back on the card, rather than not telling the guest how much they were charging the card (2 charges of $50) and the lady did not say...

"Clean bedding and room and comfy and love the river front balcony other than no chairs! Had to ask 3 times to get chairs and then they were “old style kitchen chairs!” So weird but the staff is very nice . The main part of hotel needs attention for sure . Dirty carpets all through hotel floors outside the rooms . Dirt old looking elevators . Very nice staff though! "
