"The hotel was under construction, which would’ve been nice to know before arriving, but I think it will be nice once it’s finished. Room was clean, the hotel is easy to get to, you must pay to park here, which also would have been nice to know. All in all, we would stay here again. Close to VyStar Memorial Arena which is why we stayed here so that’s a plus."

"This property should close for renovations and staff overhaul. I stayed there Apr 14 thru 16. The overnight clerk who worked from 11pm to 7am had a horrible attitude and behaved as if she had better things to do. The rooms smelled like bug spray and practically in disrepair. I experienced this unfortunately in 2 rooms because the 1st room had a super strong smell of bug spray. The 2nd room was only a little better. The linens were dingy as if they were never changed since the beginning of the property opening decades ago. I would recommend potential travelers to pass on this property & stay elsewhere."

"Clean room the maid staff was very helpful and courteous and professional. The front desk staff on the 18th overnight she was very professional, very kind, but the rest of the front desk, staff could have been a little more friendlier. It was about your money and leave me alone."
