"Overall a nice Hotel at the Spark - Hilton , upon our arrival first impression was we did not see a lobby because there is no lobby but after we had a pleasant stay and the hotel it is very clean with excellent service and has a variety of rooms types and suites. The staffing are very professional and they all do a great job. The location is great it is close to restaurants like OSAKA Japanese very good / Longhorn steaks / and " Pazzo Italiano " best Italian restaurant and very close to the Destin Mall actually walking distance to all of it. Minutes away from the Destin beaches. We will return and will recommend to others. The hotel has large rooms and a few choices. We will be back."

"My wife and iwent restaurant to eat. Greeter took a while to come. A caucasian family came up and then she came out toseat us. Grant it, we were waiting for a while. She sat us and our server asked her who gets served 1st, she sent the waitress to their table 1st. I dont like to feel discriminated against. I told her never mind. I thought my money was green not black and white. Her excuss was they rotate their servers. If so, they could've rotated the server to my table. We got up and left. We will bot sta6 there never again."

"The room was good for the price we had to pay, the staff were nice and friendly. The room really wasn’t clean. There was mold in the bathroom the tub and on the ceiling. Toiletries they advertised that were supplied, the bottles were in the rack, but they were empty. I really didn’t rely on theirs, I had brought my own, but this is just to help someone that might be reading the amenities. They came to the room and cleaned up the dirty towels, but fell to leave clean towels."
