"The room was filthy, the carpet and skirting boards were rotting and mouldy. The bathroom had cracked tiles, mould and old hair in the corners, the busy street facing window was broken and wouldn’t close And all the wall, to and mirrors had dirty finger marks all over them! I requested a room change but any hope of something better soon faded as we were greeted with a carbon copy! Don’t stay there, it a slum!"

"This is the 1st time I've stayed here & I was very impressed & very convenient to Lygan St restaurants. Rooms were presented beautifully, so clean & fresh. Morning cleaners were friendly & when I've been out & returned back to my room it was all nice & tidy. Shannon at the desk was great, he always greeted me when I was going out or returning, he was genuinely interested in where I'd been for the day. Pool was great to swim in everyday, however the tiles of the pool needs to scrubed as there is built up scum on the top few rows."

"Internet is good.Room was serviced but no fresh hand towel supplied and bed not made up.Also no shampoo only body wash and conditioner.The room has no toaster or bowls and spoons so breakfast is a challenge.The room was spacious and comfortable and the bathroom clean , the room was on the road side of the building and the road noise was constant.Overall it was a good stay despite the shortfalls."
