"Great location since is very closed to the airport, the hotel was very clean and the bed very comfortable. But we couldn’t sleep because the room air conditioning was not working properly, we called the reception and gave us instructions on how to reset it but still the air was not cooling. So for that reason we couldn’t rest. "

From the staff at the front desk who were so helpful and polite all the way to the chef at the restaurant who were splendid in their service and quality of food fresh and tasty. "Everything was ok till I have to pay for parking at the hotel a was 29 euros pr day wuch I think that's was B,S here in USA no body in they right mine will charge there guess for parking I. Hotel"

"The food was above average with a large bar selection if you wanted a drink before bed. The buffet was very good with a nice selection of fresh meats, cheeses, fruits, breads, eggs, etc. The tv barely worked—digital tuning was very pixelated. My bathroom ceiling had lots of water damage patches that were pretty unsightly. The ac worked ok, too noisy for window to open—although it did. With closed window, room was quiet. Pillows were not much, but the bed was firm. Staff was friendly and multi-lingual. The pickup shuttle was great, but the one I needed back was full. They called a taxi which was kind but it was an added 25€. Pool was closed. Nothing around it, so fine if you’re just sleeping the night before a flight, but I wouldn’t stay there for an extended trip. Not sure I’d stay there again for the cost."
