"Séjour familial. Gîte idéalement situé - vue unique, spacieux, décoration sobre et de bon goût, hôte facile à joindre, chaleureux et totalement discret pour les tâches d’entretien (pe. Piscine).Propre - intimité par rapport au 2nd gîte à l’étage.Nombreux chemins de randonnée en sortie du gîte et le col de Vence à vélo.Service de livraison de pain frais le matin très appréciable !"

"Lovely villa, and it does have evrything you might need. Very spacious villa and big pool. Our boys loved it. 2 min drive to nearest bakery and shoop but the drive to Nice beach is quite a drive it takes approx 40-45min."

"Wir, 10 Personen, waren vom 04.07.bis 14.07. in der Unterkunft zu Gast. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und es gab keine Probleme mit der Anfahrt zum Haus ( da hatten wir schon viel schwierigere Anfahrtswege in der Region zu meistern ). Die Aussicht am Haus ist phänomenal. Der grosse Pool war ein absoluter Glücksfall, da es während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr heiss war. Das Haus hat eine gute Zimmeraufteilung und wir hatten alle genügend Platz.Das Inventar ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und einiges müsste erneuert werden, es handelt sich dabei eher um Kleinigkeiten, wie neuer Wasserkocher etc.. Auch auf Sauberkeit müsste mehr geachtet werden.Desweiteren müsste die Beschreibung des Ferienhauses vielleicht nochmal überarbeitet werden, die Angabe eines Studios auf dem Grundstück irritiert etwas, da dieses Studio vom Hausverwalter genutzt wird, jedenfalls als wir dort waren. Auf jeden Fall ist aber genug Platz für 14 Personen im Haupthaus.Der Ort Saint Cezaire ist wunderschön, mit kleinrn Lokalen und einem Supermarkt,der alles bietet, was man braucht. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Gegend und da schaut man gerne über kleine Mängel hinweg."
