"The location is excellent and very close to the metro. The room is spacious and comfortably accommodates up to three people. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The reception staff were not particularly helpful, and despite checking in very late at night, they were unwilling to offer even a one-hour late checkout. During check-in, the receptionist did not smile, engage with guests, or ask about any preferences, making the welcome feel cold and unfriendly. The breakfast was another letdown, with very limited selections and little variety. Overall, the convenient location and large room were overshadowed by poor customer service and an underwhelming breakfast experience. I would not recommend staying here."
