The lobby looks good, spacious, and comfortable, however, I was given a room on the second floor that the window view was directly at the yard area, full of shisha smells. I definitely couldn’t open my windows the whole time, not that there were any view to look at, but very uncomfortable to have people looking into the room 12 feet away! Breakfast was pretty bad. If I were you, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel!

Great spot in Bur Dubai

Great hotel in a key location in Bur Dubai. Excellent room, and amazing staff. Allowed me a late check out for free.

We stayed at the apartment hotel for 10 days. Staff were very caring and helpful. We were welcomed warmly every time we entered the premises and my kids had great time. Sandra and Priyanka at the reception were very professional and helpful always. House keeping staff were very diligent in their work at our apartment and I thank them especially Fareh and her team of other 4 gentlemen. We would definitely stay there again if we end up in Dubai again. Thank you guys so much for your hospitality.

Great place to live !

Staff are very friendly and welcoming.Facilities are of a very good quality and it is located in a very homely type area. This hotel has been my regular yearly holiday stay for over 10 years.

A very pleasant hotel and well located. The staff were excellent and the hotel itself was very clean. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which was incredibly spacious - it had 2 bathrooms and a separate visitor wc as well as a kitchen, lounge and ironing room. The apartments were really tired looking and are in need of some cosmetic upgrades.
