The rooms are very good I can’t fault them. Cleaned daily and fresh towels. I stayed full board the food was for Indian and Asian palate being from uk I did struggle to find anything I could eat. Plenty of food, curries and spicy dishes but usually Luke warm even when it opens. Staff very friendly and helpful. Area is a bit manic but some people don’t mind that. Not really for British tourists but overall not bad

Our stay at Hyatt Place Wasl District Dubai was truly spectacular from the time we checked in until checking out. The staff were extremely courteous, the service by all members of the team was exceptional and the vast array and standard of food was absolutely delicious ; we booked full board which included the A la carte menu too. We would like to thank everyone at the hotel during our recent stay with particular mention to Chely, Ali and Aren who went above and beyond to make our stay a very memorable one. We will definitely be staying here again for any future visits to Dubai and would wholeheartedly recommend this Hotel to any one planning a trip to Dubai.

Wonder full and lively convenient location. We booked studio apartment checked out on late 14 Dec 2025 although were booked until 17 DEC 2025. Overall experience was excellent. Room was clean. Washer and mini kitchen was included. Staff was cooperative. Complimentary bottles of water were available throughout stay. WiFi worked well. Food delivery from outside was easy as well. Daily house keeping and staff were changing bed sheets. Washroom was clean.

Overall great stay.. fantastic staff... and great food... Breakfast buffet had good selection... Lunch and dinner options for vegetarians was limited but still pretty good. I had a studio that was well equipped... Hotel should provide kitchen towel rolls, dish washing liquid and scrubber.

Pleasant staff and convenient location

Staff are extremely helpful and very pleasant. Hotel is very clean and location is very convenient. Very close, walking distance to shopping mall, grocery stores and restaurants all around the vicinity. Only on the first night we were given a room on first floor which was near the club and was loud. The next day they moved us on the 13th floor and the rest of our stay which was 5 nights was amazing.

I will recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff was good overall. Breakfast and supper are great. There is a grocery store in a 3 to 5 minutes walk which is open 24 hours. We had one bedroom apartment which had two bathrooms and spacious bedroom and living room with full kitchen. Hotel provide mineral water and tea/coffee at no charge. There are no dishwashing and laundry detergent available, you have to buy yourself; I would suggest to hotel to charge 5 bucks more but provide all the amenities. Great stay overall!

Place is excellent. Room had full bathroom and half bathroom. Pull out sofa bed, washer/dryer. Nice gym. The pool is nice just a bit small. Good area close to the souk. Only disadvantage if you want to hang out in Jumeirah beach. And no free shuttles to airport, malls or beaches. Close to the metro stop. I would definitely stay again it was an excellent place

First time in Dubai. Lovely staff and they were all nice and helpful. We stayed here for 22 nights at the 2 bedroom apartment which is very spacious with 3 toilets. Love the surrounding as it was close to the market. The cleaners did a great job cleaning everyday. Hotel was very clean. The only thing we were not happy with was the choice of food. Same menu for lunch and dinner as we went for fullboard. My children were fed up eating same food everyday. There should be variety of different food each day. Apart from that we had a great holiday.

I was impressed with the size and layout of the apartment. A full size kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms. It was extremely quiet except during morning prayers which woke everyone up at 6am. The cleaning staff did an excellent job with supplying us with extra water everyday and our apartment was extremely clean. The pool area needs to be enlarged if possible. I would incorporate more shade area surrounding the pool. Maybe cover the back area and make it more comfortable. I thought the food and drinks and especially alcoholic drinks were extremely over-priced.The bartender on the 14th floor FeFe and the lifeguard were gracious and helpful. FeFe is a fantastic bartender. She told me I could get s massage and pedicure in the hotel. The pedicure was very nice but extremely overpriced. The massage was heaven, thank you Rachel and it was priced fairly in my opinion. They need an information book in each room or maybe a designated channel on the TV with information pertaining to the hotel and maybe nearby places to shop, restaurants, etc. I will spend all my Dubai vacations at this hotel because the metro station is nearby, and having 1.5 bathrooms with 3 adults is mandatory. I loved this apartment.
