"This was a very short stay, but the only complaint I have is the journey from the front desk to my room. It was to me, a very long walk due to my bone on bone knees. I think they should have something like a golf cart to transport guests to the rooms in the distance. Apart from that, the room was comfortable and equipped with everything I needed. Check in was quick and the staff was very welcoming. I also liked that the included breakfast was served in an actual restaurant on the property. I thought it was very sophisticated. I would recommend it and would go there again."

"The hotel room does not have air conditioning. I didn’t mind since opening the window was enough to cool down the room. So I’m still giving it five star. Location is the best part, very convenient, and on the cable car route."
