"Great rental. Steps from the beach. Pictures are a little dated as there was a kitchen remodel and A/C added to the upstairs living area. Park across the street was good for the kids. Location is nice and quiet and only a few minutes from downtown and balboa. Parking was much more manageable in this neighborhood. Second fridge downstairs came in handy with the size of our group."
