"The accommodation is opposite the main house but is private and overlooks the dam. We enjoyed watching the chickens and paddymelons. There didn't seem to be anywhere to walk or explore the property, but we weren't there long enough to ask. The accommodation itself is lovely - very comfortable bed and kitchen with everything you need. It was a very nice place to stay overnight before heading to Bruny."

"Highly recommend Channel Cabin if you are planning a day trip to Bruny Island. It is just a short drive away from the ferry in Kettering. The boat cruise from Adventure Bay was the highlight of our trip!The cabin was very clean and cosy. The heat pump was sufficient to heat the whole cabin. The kitchen was well equipped and we really appreciated having the air fryer and coffee pod machine. Our son loved the kid's bedroom with a thoughtful collection of books and toys.We witnessed the most beautiful double rainbow during our stay "
